I love this product! I use it, hands-free, as I go for my walks, do housework, organizing and anytime I need my phone but don’t have pockets or my hands available. The workmanship is gorgeous and the leather is the usual delicious Vaja leather in feel, color and design. I highly recommend this crossbody case … you won’t be disappointed!
Already tossed the shipping materials... would have returned it if I could! Don’t get me wrong, it is nice to look at but unlike what I read in the description, it doesn’t work on my wireless charger, which is the first problem I’m having since that’s how I charge it. I decided to purchase it because that’s what I use to charge my phone. Unless the phone is removed from the case, which is NOT EASY since it’s so tightly covered, 99% of the time it doesn’t charge. When I move it around on the charger by fractions of an inch in every direction. It MAY randomly just hit the right spot every now and then, but is VERY FRUSTRATING, takes time to get it just right, and it’s VERY rare if I do.. Next, the case is heavy- very heavy. Quality materials, yes... but if I’m not wearing it, I hate the weight in my purse and my hand. It’s too bulky, and the loops to connect the strap look terrible, unless it’s being used specifically for that purpose. I don’t always do so. Most of the time it’s in my purse.. Lastly, I’m surprised that the leather isn’t the same as the one that I purchased customized years ago and just loved! The case itself was thinner and lighter. While this case is leather, it’s just not the same. It could be fake for all I know, which Isn’t the case... it just looks that way to me. After finally making a decision to get the black case, which I thoughT would stay cleaner than the ivory one, the adorable stars and little studs don’t show up as well. I just couldn’t get the ivory, thinking about dye transfer from jeans, for example, and the inevitable soil from hands, I just couldn’t convince myself that cuteness should outweigh practicality while in situations that I would actually want to use it the way it’s intended.. i hoped to have it with me while out with my dog or in situations where I’d normally have to dig in my purse for it to snap a quick photo. I feel that this costly purchase was a waste of my money. I have no problem purchasing fine leather shoes and handbags, but I’ll end up buying a $20 case, leaving this one home in a drawer unused. I wished it came in a different color choice when I made the purchase. I should have known that if I had to think about the purchase for so long, I just shouldn’t have gotten it. I guess I’ll try to sell it. I probably should’ve called customer service after the first couple of weeks, but I no longer had the contents of the shipment. Especially since the leather seems so much different, it just isn’t special enough to buy, especially in the black. If I was going to change back and forth between a cheap case and this one when I don’t take a purse, it’s a real hassle to do so. Even to charge my phone, I need to remove the case which just isn’t an easy thing to do. I’d say that you should think about it before making the decision to purchase it. All of the bothersome things left in this review are definitely issues. Actually, with all this said, I’ve convinced myself to call customer service after writing this review.. Maybe they’ll be great about it and let me return it. At least I’ll then leave me with something positive to update my review..
I like the item very much and its extremely stylish and I always know where my iPhone is. The only issue I am having is the finding on the leather strap has unclipped for no reason and I fear it may drop the phone. Is this an ongoing problem or just mine?
The case, by itself, is best phone case ever. You can actually touch buttons on side directly instead of through the case. Strap was terrific. I would have dropped phone twice without it.
