This new Vaja case is for a 13 year old's iPad for school. The last case and iPad lasted for five years, so from 8 years old to 12, and it held up very well. This is a replacement as of of the corners finally got damaged beyind repair. When you consider how much time he spends on the device it is amazing how well it lasted. These cases are beautifully made and very tough, just what a careless teenager needs!
